Thomas Watson Estate Agents and Letting Agents were established in 1997 by the husband and wife team of Thomas and Anthea Watson. Thomas and Anthea each have over 25 years’ experience of valuing and selling properties in the Sunderland area. Thomas and Anthea head a family run firm which includes their daughters Katherine and Hannah, who currently work on a part-time basis whilst studying for Business degrees at Sunderland University. The firm moved to its current prestigious location at 16 Fawcett Street in October 2006. In this excellent main street location Thomas Watson Estate Agents will be able to further improve the quality of its service to the benefit of clients now and in the future.
