Types of Valuation/Survey

There are three types of Survey/Valuation

• Fee Paying Valuation (similar to a mortgage valuation)
• Home Buyer Survey and Valuation
• Structural Survey

At Thomas Watson’s we normally undertake the first two types of survey/valuation. If it is deemed necessary that a full Structural Survey is required, we would normally refer you to a firm of specialist Building Surveyors.
