Following confirmation that the description of your property is complete and accurate together with any relevant amendments we can begin marketing your property.
Advertising
We will advertise your property in the local press (Sunderland Echo) using large colour attractive adverts with informative description. The property will also be advertised in our prestigious Fawcett Street office both in the window and on our attractive For Sale boards which are sub-divided according to your type of property. The property will also be advertised via Rightmove, the UK’s No. 1 property website, and this excellent re-designed website. Finally and possibly most important, your property will receive excellent 24 hour exposure if you have instructed us to erect one of our very attractive For Sale boards.
Computerised Mailing List
Our excellent dedicated staff will match the prospective applicants on our mailing list to your property and arrange viewings accordingly.
Feedback
Following every viewing we will endeavour to obtain feedback from the person who has viewed in order to give you accurate information as to how your property is perceived.
Viewings
All viewings are strictly by telephone appointment. Your number is not released to the prospective viewer unless requested. Thomas Watson will undertake accompanied viewing of empty property personally, and feedback will normally be provided within 2-3 days of each viewing (providing contact with the person who has viewed).
Offers
All offers will be communicated to the vendor at the earliest opportunity.

Progress of Sale
